Dr. Mazzocchi is sharp, and doesn't miss a beat! He is compassionate and answers all your questions. Wait times are minimal and his staff is excellent!
Dr m. Saved my life. Iveas very depressed and didnt realize how bad off i was. He immediately recognized the issue and developed a care plan that has me feeling better than i have felt in a long time. I have ups and downs but i feel like living again. The staff is somewhat brut but I understand. They deal with very demanding and insensitive people that can be entitled. Im a nurse i know. Im grateful gor the staff saving me from me.
Dorothy (his nurse) has a poor attitude and speaks to you like you’re a piece of garbage he needs to replace her. Dr Mazzocchi is the best Doctor and i trust HIM with my health .
worst in time rushed appointment questions never answered and don’t get me started with his staff hanging up yelling and screaming back at patients when they are caught being negligent. The medical desk woman would ignore my calls several times i would have to wait for my refills when i was out of medications pharmacy would reach out and no answer from the office. do yourself a favor a choose another doctor
Very accommodating office staff. Got an appointment easily and when arrived I was treated very well. Doctor met my needs and has always been wonderful.
Kelly at the front desk is incredibly nasty. Refused to take new patients and hung up on my call twice. Do not waste your time trying to see this doctor -- under any circumstance!
Dr. Mazzachi and his staff can be completely rude and nasty at times. Do yourself a favor and find another practice. One of the nurse’s there should not be employed. She is so Unprofessional and doesn’t know how to speak to people.
Only Physician I trust! He saved me life many of times. I had colon cancer and suffer Chyrons disease. With out a dour ABSOLUTELY the BEST!
