It’s hard to write a review for someone who you feel has completely changed your life. Dr. Mo & Julia have truly changed my life with the work and care they have provided… I honestly can’t give them enough kudos for their quality of care, professionalism, knowledge, kindness and making me feel comfortable with each visit, not to mention the great work. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to Doctor Moe and staff for services given at my appointment. I was a new patient with a dental emergency that needed immediate care. I was treated with kindness, respect and compassion. I have never in my life encountered such professionalism. The doctor/staff were amazing!
While dental care is available everywhere, it’s very rare to find such a well-coordinated and caring team. The staff at Dr. Raymond’s office is outstanding from beginning to end. Dr. Moe is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, and assistants Julia and Kat were both attentive and efficient throughout my visit. Simply put, they go above and beyond — and it shows. If you’re looking for high-quality dental care in a warm and welcoming environment, this is the place for you.
If I could leave 0 stars I would...... I went to them one time had a plan made up back in 2024, moved so obviously switched to a closer dentist. Had them transfer my records and information to the new dentist. Well I moved back to Morgantown 2-3 months ago. So I decided to go back to them , called the women told me pretty much that they didn't know if they could see me do to missed appointments....?
