Bad Business Practice – I bought a Restaurantcom certificate to go to this place. The small print says the the certificate is valid from one year of the purchase. The waitress and manager said they don't take them anymore. These cost money on Restaurantcom, and they were rude and wouldn't accept it. I will not go there again.

good food but bad business – The food was great but the employees are thieves. I gave them my card, they ran the purchase amount then handed me the receipt to sign. Since I was leaving a cash tip, I crossed out the tip line and carried the balance down. But the amount charged to my account included the tip, which means they re-ran my card with a higher purchase amount. I called them to get my money back and was told they couldn't credit my card, which I know for a lie because I work at a bank, and was promised a refund via a... read more

Caldo de Camaron or shrimp soup is what I always order. It comes steamy hot in an earthen ware bowl. It's an explosion of Mexican spices in a fish stock broth. No matter how many times I've order it, the shrimp is always big and fresh. I will warn you that it is spicy and will warm you up all over.

Great Chiles Relleno and then some!! – I finally made it back here after thinking about it 100 times. Clearly I need to listen to my stomach more often. Dominguez is the REAL DEAL!! Please eat here. The owner takes pride in every element of the meal and cares for each customer he sees. The food is second to none in the area and they have some real mexican gourmet food along with the fantastically prepared classics.

Best Mexican place around! – I eat there as often as I can with my family. We love it there. My favorite is the number five. The staff is always nice and they give excellent service. I only wish the place was bigger because at night time the tables fill up fast.

Dominguez!!! – Dominguez is great. We used to live in the neighborhood and we keep going back. Thier food is great, their service is attentive and friendly, and the pricing is more than fair. Going elsewhere is a mistake!

Delicious Mexican food in a great neighborhood setting – Domingues Family Restaurant did everything right tonight! A clean, comfortable, colorful neighborhood restaurant with friendly staff and great food. The Carne Ixtapa (beef fajitas) with green salsa was amazing! The Mi Pueblo combination platter was wonderful. Great cold beer and yummy margaritas, too. Our only suggestion--the chips and salsa could be a bit fresher. We will be back another time soon, and this time we will bring our friends.

Best Mexican I've tasted this side of Phoenix – Best Mexican food I have had in the Twin Cities. And I have tried all the top 10 shown on this web site. The food is authentic and the service at lunch time was fantastic. That I am "spoiled" by years of great mexican food in Phoenix can not be overstated. The home made tamales were served with the best green sauce I have ever had, and the chile rellenos were made to order ( I have never been able to say hold the cheese). YUM!!!
