Management sucks here, they will give you a violation over petty crap. I've been here 9 years and over the past 2 years I hate it here. Once you get 3 violations you're evicted. It was never like this until the new manager came. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells. Maintenence is really nice though
Been here 7 years and as a single mother I can say I feel mostly safe, it’s well maintained, State rules are quiet strict, but that’s why they are still in good condition and clean. Managers have all been diferente always bringing something better and safer each time no matter their character, maintenance are good people and pretty quick to get to an order. Lots of kiddos, people are friendly and mostly to themselves. Pretty clean!
I lived in Dominguez Park 111 for almost 6 years. At first it was great. The managers were awesome. But then they hired Lenon Mercado to manage the complex and it became hell. He is a bully and a horrible manager. He gives violations for the pettiest reasons. I received 5 violations from him and won. Spencer and his Father in law are the maintenance guys and they are wonderful! My neighbors were amazing and we looked out for each other. Dave who is Lenin’s boss was amazing.
