I made a 9:15 am appointment on a Saturday, got there 10 min early and still wasn't seen by noon. I walked up to the front desk to ask what was going on and the desk clerk never acknowledged me. I stood there for 7 minutes while she typed on the computer, not once acknowledging me. Then, the office phone rings and she answers it, I walked away and left.
