Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes

The office was easy enough to find. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I have already recommended them to multiple friends of mine. I was so happy with their care; they are one in a million.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them.
