HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!! – I have never visited Domani Studio because I have been calling for over a month and no one answers the phone or returns calls. I finally got a return call after leaving a somewhat rude message but then was told they'd check on something with the owner and call back but once again, did not. Worth the visit !! – My husband bought me a day of beauty here. The staff are friendly, professional and very helpful. I felt very pampered and relaxed. They served me a mango margharita in a pretty glass. I was in for a complete spa day. All of my services, manicure,pedicure,massage were amazing.

Very Friendly Salon – I came in while I was visiting my sister and she and I were looking to get pedicures and this was, hands down, the best pedi I ever had. My sister recommended this place, she's been coming here for ages and has raved about it in the past. So glad I got the opportunity to get some girl time in and have a killer pedicure, too!

Very Happy – The people could not be nicer, very professional. They squeezed me in at the spur of the moment. I found them online. All of their services are great. I am especially happy with my hair color. I call last minute and some how they work me in. I might have to wait a little but they get me in.

Worst Salon EVER! – Also Beauty Solutions, this place is the worst. I purchased an internet deal for laser hair removal and when I called to ask for more info the woman who answered my call was informed and polite. However, as I tried to schedule appointments I called multiple times before anyone answered the phone and have had more appointments canceled (on their end) then kept. disappointed – I have an experience similar to Scoobee. I purchased a groupon for 3 velashape treatments and it took a week and a half of repeated phone calls and messages that no one returned. Total red flag. Finally, someone picked up the phone. I could hear in the background a customer yelling at the owner. It was so nasty, I actually felt bad for the owner. Great Service – I had been look to try the Brazilian blow out and I found Domani Studio on Groupon. I bought the Groupon for the Blow Out and Pedicure. I am so in love with my hair. With crazy Maryland humidity I can now wear my hair straight with with no worries. The nail girl was very friendly and took her time with my feet and they look get! I was able to get in when I needed to and can't say enough nice things about the whole staff!
