I wouldn’t use Monica Bernd or this team if they paid me. We have used many realtors (we move quite a bit) and unless you want a stack of business cards and to be sent on your way, I would look elsewhere. This team is NOT on your side and only out for themselves.
Slum Landlord! Do not rent from them! They are nice to you to get your biz but behind the scenes they will screw you in every way they can.
