Kristin was an absolute delight to work with. Responsive and engaging any time I had a question. We ordered the flooring, some of the boxes came damaged and she contacted the manufacturer immediately and got it shipped and did not impact our installation timeline at all. The product was beautiful and fairly priced, and delivery time was exactly as promised. Totally recommend them and would work with them over and over.
