Janet and Nancy are very friendly, supportive and nimble in helping settle in the apartment and then a as Lao help with any adjustments during the stay. I would say this unhesitantly that I would not consider moving elsewhere unless they decide to move. I appreciate their pleasant demeanour and always willing to help nature. O eve they also helped me over the weekend after hours to fix a smoke detector that was beeping and giving false alarm and the ceiling was too night to reach it without a long ladder.
I can't recommend living here enough. This community is incredible. All these comments of people who are complaining about different issues are probably exaggerating. Every apartment complex has issues. The difference here at the domain is the office staff actually cares about fixing those problems. Every time I encountered an issue, I put in a work order, and maintenance started working on the issue the literal next morning. I toured this community recently and the apartments are spacious and amenities are nice and well maintainted. The office team was very warm and welcoming and we passed by a manitenance tech during the tour and he greeted us with a smile. I looked online and it looks like they hold monthly resident events, which is something I love and enjoy. Looking forward to moving in soon!
1. The entrance gate to the parking lot is always open. 2. After the wheels of a car were stolen from one of the tenants, I do not feel that my car is safe. 3. Office workers are completely unfriendly with residents who speak a different language. 4. The trash can gate at the main entrance is constantly open and it is unsafe. 5. Overall, I like living in this place.
