 RecommendedGreat place to live overall - gym, pool, activities available. Jestin is always on the ball keeping up with the maintenance and quick to attend to tickets/work needed. Definitely recommend!Â

Lived here on two separate occasions and I loved it each time! The office staff is friendly and courteous and maintenance is very fast and personable, they even removed their boots before coming in. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, the pool is wonderful, and the staff is the best I've ever experienced. Great location, easy to get to the city as well as downtown Zionsville. I would absolutely recommend The Domain to anyone looking for an apartment in the Indianapolis or Zionsville area.Â
This place is absolutely gorgeous. The clubhouse alone is breathe taking, not to mention the quality of the apartment and amazing salt water pool. The staff was so caring and really took the time to go above and beyond any expectation I had. Thank you for an all around wonderful experience.Â
Where do I start, like everyone else said they like to take your money, NEVER talked to me about a move out walk through inspection together!! Wrote up a bill for all the "damages" without letting me see them in person so they could have been from another apartment. Caution! If you have a pet and it has a accident on the carpet you will be buying them new carpet at the end of the lease even if you hire a cleaner, you have 15 days to pay it or they throw you in collection which is crazy. WATCH OUT!!!! They are snakes and will try stealing your money at the end. just moved out and the apartment it was in great shape, till you walk out and get a bill from them. Their carpet is terrible and low quality.They took a bunch of pictures of the apartment. Saying that I stained the carpet that was actually cause by the furnace and the return air, not my fault. or just normal wear and tear on carpet.
