Do not live here it is a huge rip off there utility billing is a crime they say they read the meters but they do not, it is a dump, they charge what they want and the bill always goes up every month, the stair ways are never cleaned and the hand rails are so full off spider webs you don't want to use them, the pool area is not kept up no umbrellas. management has changed hands four times already. Let me start with the good: The Apartment itself is solid. No complaints! That’s where the good parts end. The staff has been neglectful, rude, and deceptive through out my stay here. I had to talk to them no less than SIX times to get them to change my contact e-mail because I was not receiving important communications from the apartment. After touring I wanted to apply and was willing to pay the fee even though I am looking multiple places. I was not informed that signing the application document was also signing a lease. The leasing agent, Danielle, used progressive verbiage as in “If you move in…” not “when you move in.” Two days later I made sure they knew I was unsure of moving and didn’t want a lease and I was told “Too bad.” As I already signed. Zero star is what is needed. Horrible , horrible management - no service requests are taken care of. No matter online requests or personal or calls - they do not attend. All girls say is we will call back when we want to talk to the manager, but no return call. If one complaint , its okay but there a are so many, appliances do not work, roaches everywhere - list never ends - just waiting to end the lease and get out. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HUNTERS CHASE AND THE CONNOR GROUP, they will lie, cheat, and steal just to make a dollar. First, they would not let me look at my apartment I signed a lease for. The day of move-in, I asked the worker, “how does the apartment look”? He said , “it looks great”. When I got there, it was trashed. READ THIS AS A WARNING! I moved here blindly right after graduating college. This place is quite expensive for what you get, even owning a pet. The Apartment is lackluster with outdated appliances, and an inefficient, loud AC unit. The dog park is small since they removed big one. They penny pinch everything. Parking spots, animals etc. Mail room "looses" packages 50% time I'd say. They use this location for training so most office workers cannot actually help.
