Received my apartment with nails all over the floor. They were hidden in the carpet so it could’ve ended really badly if I hadn’t noticed and done a thorough check. I let them know and they sent maintenance to look at it, which did nothing while several nails were still on the carpets. Had to find them all myself. They recently changed the locks and locked me out of my building at night. No one was on-scene to help. It’s great to see the property modernizing the facilities. The new gate access through the app is convenient and works well, and they’ve also recently reflattened the patio pavement. The staff is really attentive and responsive, which I genuinely appreciate. The main downside has been neighbors smoking, which has impacted the day-to-day living experience (and I’ve seen other reviewers mention the same issue).
I moved in on Oct 15th, 2025, and I've lost 3 packages！？I've emailed the leasing office about it, and they said they have to check with their corporate team to look at the camera footage but they never got back to me.
I am so grateful that Domain Apts completed work orders timely and follow up when completed! Thank you
