I’ve lived in the complex since March. The community is beautiful but within 2 months both my car and my room mates car have been broken into, they stoled the catalytic converter from his car and busted a window out of my car, there’s no camera outside facing the streets, when I called the office I was told that we were the only one this have happened too. The guy was quick and experienced to spot the problem’s cause and fix it right away. However, it took 4-5 days since the request was submitted until the maintenance team finally showed up. This is an opportunity to improve. Thank you
It is the best choice for me to live here. I can get the experience like townhouse because of the floorplan.And I have a beautiful patio to plant many flowers.The service team is very reliable here and every thing is perfect yet.
Delivery guys have made the mistake or are just lazy when putting packages in the wrong building/door but this time my package was stolen after being left in building 4 incorrectly. Be mindful that people here do steal regardless of cameras being present.
