I love when I get the opportunity to close at Near North in Muncie! Beth is always incredibly helpful and is always there to answer any questions that may pop up throughout the transaction. She makes things fun at the closing table and provides fantastic service all around. I highly recommend Near North!

What a wonderful experience! My daughter is In the process of buying her first house and my husband and I are helping her. Her realtor asked if we had a preference of title company. We had used Young’s title in the past but did not have a good experience. I didn’t know much about any other ones.
