As a buyer, my experience with Doma was simple and seamless. They were very helpful when I needed an extra copy of certain escrow docs.
Meh. Title companies are a necessary evil when purchasing realestate. One more person with their hand in your cookie jar. I don't know if it was their fault that I had to wait so long here but it was reminiscent of waiting in the doctor's office for a leach to be removed.
Dave and his team were awesome to work with on our re-fi! They were so professional and thorough—and yet they still saved us money!
