I was renting here for a year before the Founders3 management came. As soon as this management group transitioned they raised the rent by 15% to "bring units up to current market". I decided to look for other housing and the manager, Laura, decided to show the apartment with unreasonable notice - 2 months before moveout! Laura is an amazing property manager. She is timely in her responses and always makes sure you are satisfied. The property is clean and newly remodeled. Dolphin square is in a great location and close to everything you could possibly need. 10/10 will recommend this complex to anyone looking.
everything here is fine but be aware: - Parking is a bit tight (nbd) - You may hear the Zoo (nbd) - Laundry is now in the hands of “Wash Connect” instead of coin machines, so no more going out for coins. The minimum balance to add was reduced from $10 to $5 per request, which is a blessing. Property manager is pretty helpful. An edit after living here for a year: No issues with heating/AC nor timely maintenance requests.

Almost everything here is fine except: - Parking is a bit tight (nbd) - You may hear the Zoo (nbd) - Laundry is now in the hands of “Wash Connect” instead of coin machines. This would be fine if the minimum balance to add wasn’t $10 (so you add $10 to your balance), the machines actually accepted direct payment, and if the app and it’s developers weren’t sketchy. (Huge deal since there’s no in-unit machines). This alone is why this is 3/5 stars.
