RecommendedAbsolutely wonderful experience with dolphin realty. Our vacation was set for the time of mandatory evacuation due to Isais. The wonderful staff promptly notified us with new information often and certainly helped lessen the damper put on our trip being delayed with their friendly and humble conversations. Once we got the news we could get on the island the ‘hatteras cabana’ we stayed in was so clean, cozy & just perfect!

Had a wonderful experience! Our trip in September was canceled d/t Hurricane Dorian, we ended up booking the same house for June. Just got back last week from Avon, and we stayed in Avon’s calling. The home was beautiful, and had the perfect setup for our family of 4 (2 small children). The kitchen was more stocked with supplies than I anticipated. Their customer service was wonderful in September and June! We 100% plan to be returning customers!
The only folks we stay with for any OBX trip! Wonderful selection of houses!

This was our first time staying in Avon and with Dolphin Realty. The accomodations had been updated, and were even nicer than we expected. The rates were VERY reasonable and the office staff is extremely gracious. We will absolutely use Dolphin in the future.
This is our first time renting from Dolphin Realty. The duplex (Two by the sea-side B ) is even nicer in person than described or pictured on the website. We had two minor issues that needed resolved and a kind maintenance man was here within hours of us calling on a Sunday! We’ve rented from another local company many times in the past and we’ve never had such great or prompt customer service. In the future we’d definitely rent this house again or try another from Dolphin Realty.
Best place to stay in Hatteras! We were there with our 2 little girls and our little Staffy over the New Year when our car broke down. Nancy was so accommodating and understanding. She even came from home on a snowy New Year morning to drive me to Conners to get groceries for our family. Such a special place with great locals. Coming back as soon as possible!
