Fantastic part of the marina, to have your boat. Henry is awesome, he runs a tight ship, and is on top of it all, super professional, great guy!
I want to bring awareness to an ongoing concern regarding an individual who appears to be living full-time—7 days a week on a boat docked at Dolphin Marina Slips. However, based on continued observation, it’s clear that this individual is homeless and using the boat as a full-time residence. This seems to be in violation of marina policy, and I believe it's important for all tenants and guests to follow the same rules for the safety and integrity of the community. Leasing office & maintenance are awesome. Neighbors are quiet and so incredibly kind. I can’t speak to the prior construction but post renovations this place is a 10/10. Amenities are absolutely stunning as well!
