Had water flood in front lawn due to damaged pipe. Rob was able to accommodate me the same day and was fast and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
Called Dolphin for maintenance on my system, they sent Rob over to perform a system check and also run the system and check for leaks. I must say Rob was thorough, very knowledgeable and explained every step as he went through his process. Had some minor repairs needed , Rob also explained what was needed the cost involved and the time it would take. Very satisfied with Rob and his knowledge he is a true asset for Dolphin and the companies front line reputation. Well done Rob!
Rob came today to look at a nonworking sprinkler system. He thought it might be the pump but said he wanted to check every other possibility first. He did and it was an electrical problem and not the pump. I am very grateful for his honesty and professionalism. I have a new irrigation company. Thanks Rob and Dolphin Irrigation Plus.
Show up out tell your customer not right we have better company little less money work not friend at all
I don’t believe this is Quality workmanship.. Asked to have pipes buried minimum of 6 inches….One I had to cut root that pipe was just laid over top …other just wasn’t buried.. rest system wanted full maintenance on .. have had to do my own maintenance on sprinklers since...as was Not accomplished from start. Had them out minimum of 3 times to resolve issues …. And still finding issues.. Done calling cause Not worth aggravation to do the job that was paid to do.
