I went there this morning for an exterior wash, as my car is new. A silver VW Passat. While in the wash tunnel, the taller man on the left wiped down the entire left side, including spraying my alloy wheels. The younger, shorter man, only wiped the front & rear hood, never washed the windows or spray my alloy wheels. Everyone did a good job of drying my card, EXCEPT when I got home, both of my right side alloy wheels were filthy!! I had to wipe, clean them myself with a dry towel.
