No stars for this scam. Absolutely mortified by the lack of professionalism. Hours before I'm scheduled to sign and pay for a place I'd already been approved for and paid an app fee on, the lady TEXTS that she "doesnt think itll work out"...shes not answering my calls or texts, appears to be at her office (i can see TV on but no Jessica) but won't come to the door so we can atleast discuss it like adults or explore other alternatives.
