I have been chronically ill for 7 years and Dr. Rani is the worst doctor I have ever seen. I was there for uncontrolled thyroid and abnormal ultrasound. Had no clue why I was there and has horrible bed side manner. She spoke over me most of the appointment, did not discuss my ultrasound, diagnosed me with something before having all of the information and then changed her mind 2 days later. Very rude provider, she doesn’t listen to you she talks the whole appointment and never lets you speak. She has no recommendations only to say there’s nothing wrong with you and doesn’t know why you were referred to her. Please just go somewhere else.
I have so much respect for Dr Rani. She has really helped me out. She has always made room for appointments for me. She’s very straight forward.
We arrived a 15 minutes late because of traffic on our 30 mile trip and her receptionist said it was “up to the doctor” to decide if she would see us. She checked and said that she said “No” but that we could return tomorrow. (We won’t!!) Her waiting room was totally empty except for a lady who was waiting to see an ob gyn doctor who shared the waiting room.
