They did an excellent job repairing and servicing a vintage watch I brought. Last year they also replaced a broken clasp on a gold necklace. The service was excellent both times, and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely visit Dolly Jewellers again.

My father had an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak with a broken clasp. With Audemars Piguet having completely pulled out of Canada, I sent it to the very last authorized repair shop which is located in Ottawa. The cost to replace this clasp alone... $1,700!
