This was my first time booking this stylist and I had a hair appointment at 12pm I did not get into the chair until 6pm!!! The ending result of my hair was good but it took 6 hours for my hair to get did and I still got charged full price after waiting 6 hours to get a wig installed.. if you book here make sure you don’t have plans that day because you will be there all day.. don’t seem like your appointment time matters.
