Dollens was very prompt in making an estimate. The estimated cost of the project was quite reasonable, and the work was accomplished within the estimated time-frame and to the highest quality standards of workmanship.

Once we agreed to do the work, Jason Dollens did the work (replacing an electrical outlet) on time and within an hour.
Good job - friendly staff
Great experience - they did the panel upgrade the day after I talked to them, job site was clean and well taken care of, quality work. Expect to be quite satisfied with the projects they do.

They repaired the bad outlet, but they charged $295 for one hour of work, which seems high, and they didn't break down the job cost at all on the invoice. In fact, Steve Dollens on the phone beforehand told me their initial service charge to come out is $39, but on the invoice they listed it at $71.

Overall Jason did a good job, but it was on the expensive side - granted it was an emergency and I had to get an electrician right away, but I was surely over charged. They also charge $74 for just stopping by and provide an estimate. If I didn't have to get someone immediately, I would definitely have shopped around.

Service Charge fee is waived if we are granted the contract.
Competitive bid. Very professional. Did work on schedule as planned and made sure all was in order for a successful inspection. The only caveat is that they are not equiped to remove the trash generated - old stucco removed for upgraded panel. Took a couple of weeks to cycle it though my regular trash collection.

Customer is right; we are struggling to provide a solution for removing old stucco on our service vehicles.
Jason did a good job. Called ahead when he had an emergency, was easy to contact, made sure that I was satisfied.
