Horrible! Crooks is 100% accurate. When I get time since some of us have jobs where we are busy SERVING our customers, not cheating them, I will write the complete story. Stay far away. If you must rent from them, be sure they show you line for line what you are signing for. I told them no additional coverage. ..that I have sufficient car insurance which covers me for rentals, and they charged me $28+ per day for loss damage waiver! I have never been treated so badly. Too long of story. Short version: I reserved a car weeks in advance. My flight was a late one, arrived at 1245am. I was shuttled to Dollar about 2 miles outside of airport. We waited for about two hours on a line just to be told there were no more cars! Solution? None! We were shuttled back to the airport with no options! By this time it was 330am! We had to use another company for 3x times the amount! Goodbye Dollar Rental never again!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AN ADDTIONAL $500 FOR ONE EXTRA DAY WITH ALL THESE HIDDEN FEES. STAY AWAY FROM DOLLAR CAR RENTAL. THEY ARE CROOKS.

In 25 years of travel, Dollar Rental in Philly, refused our confirmation, due to flight delay. I called prior, from Atlanta, to let them know that we would be delayed. I was told not to be concerned. Upon arrival, at 5:00am, we were informed our confirmation was cancelled, and was treated as walk in, and charge twice the pre paid amount. Customer service and supervisor, had no clue what to due. Nor did they care.
