The young lady who helped us is definitely 10 stars if I could give it to her. From the text prior to renting the unit to draw us in to the prompt responses to our questions and to the final stage of renting a unit was the best customer service I have seen in a while. Great Job!!!
I called today because I needed a last-minute storage unit and I was greeted by one of the nicest girls (Sierra) I’ve ever dealt with over the phone. Once I arrived at the storage facility, it wasn’t any different. She took care of me quickly and efficiently there was another gentleman there as well (I didn’t catch his name) but he was just as pleasant as she was! Thank you for all the help with the detour because of the construction and the all around amazing customer service if I could give 10 starts I would!!
Jim & Sierra are so kind and so helpful. They helped us get everything set up super easily and we were in & out super quickly! Now we have a nice unit where we can keep everything we love & know that it will be protected! Thank you guys!!!
We rented a 20x20 unit for 8 months. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The hours of entry were acceptable and there were no issues.
