Very courteous and professional. Car was clean and did not have a cigarette odor as my rental did at DFW airport. My only suggestion would be for counter associate to inform people of the changes to the gas requirement. Must be topped off. Other than that. Excellent.
Still takes too long to check out a car. There should be some saved rental info for repeat renters.
I had an issue with the cost which was caused by a computer error. George, manager at this location, promptly fixed it and was very gracious.

I rented w Dollar in Pittsburgh from 12/3 thru 12/9/15 as I have done for the last 30 years. Always a seamless and positive experience w both vehicles & outstanding staff! Special kudos to Supervisor Michelle in Pittsburgh who helped guide me w my Express application after multiple unsuccessful attempts online. She is truly an exemplary employee to assist w a longtime goal which has finally been accomplished !! Best location nationally & incredible staff!
