I have been with this office for more than 30 years and I have never had a bad experience with the staff. Additionally, they are great dentists as well.

HORRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER... Sue is very rude and belittling. She charged my account double what I owed and took moths to fix it!!! Every time I went in there she was rude. Most of the office staff is okay except her a two others. Dr. Dollar only cares about money, he doesn't care about the patients. He doesn't do a lot of procedures most dentists do so you have to have a sitting fee with him then he referes you out to someone who can actually do the work. I wouldn't recommend anyone go around SUSAN!!! They need to fire her be... read more

Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Yes Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Definitely! Everyone knows they are the best around! Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Absolutely, it was fantastic! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Yes, they've stayed open late when I've needed help Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed? Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Were you able to watch TV during your dental procedure? Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so

Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Definitely! They paused every few minutes to make sure I was comfortable Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They are also great with children and very attentive to the individual patients needs.
