I am waiting for unloading from eight hour. They didn’t unload my truck. I’m still waiting.
got their an hour before my appointment time which no problem i had to wait for a door. got to the door to get unloaded and after 3 and a half hours i call and ask whats taking so long they come out 5 min later and tell me i have to go to a other door cause the door i was out was blocked off and they couldnt get too me. had me unloaded about and hour later. staf was really friendly and welcoming though
Very surprised, checked in at 7:20 for 8am appointment. They called for door assignment at 7:40, unloaded and out the gate at 9:40. Great job. Thanks
