Had my appointment at 9 am,they called me to go into door at 8 am been sitting here without them even starting to unload 4 hrs, went to check they said let me go see what’s going on ,these workers are lazy here.going on 6 hrs here and counting

checked in at 6:35 am for 8 am appointments checked out at 7:30 am and overnight parking is awesome and still can park there after empty..wish everywhere are like this place..seems like depends on your product and lift drivers inside..mines been awesome thank you..

I wish I could give zero stars. I've been docked since 11:00 am and currently still sitting at 2:32 pm. They really need to get it together!

I had an 11am delivery appointment. I arrived at the gate on time. I gave them my information and phone number because they said they would call me when they get a door for me. 5 and a half hours later, no call. I walk up to the guard shack and ask if they can verify my phone number to make sure they have the right one. They then tell me that the clerk has left for the day and I have to come back at 5AM!!!!!! This is ridiculous. Only God knows how long I have to wait tomorrow. I hate this place.
