Eclipse Advantage at Dollar General – Worst Lumper Experience Ever Absolutely unacceptable. If you don’t pay their lumper fee within 30 minutes, they slap on a $300 late fee — no warning, no grace period, just an outrageous penalty. It feels like a money trap, not a service. Eclipse Advantage is by far the worst lumper operation we've dealt with. This kind of policy is predatory and needs to be addressed.

One of the worst places ever arrived 7am appointment 8am they gave me dock 8:40 it’s almost 11 and still not being unloaded the girls at the gate have attitude and not helpful at all but it has overnight parking

This place is ridiculous. 6 hours to get unloaded and then a $420 lumper fee. And on top of that, when they were finished, my load bars were missing and it took me almost another hour to get them back. I definitely won't be delivering here again. It's a wonder places like this even stay in business. Being dependent on drivers continuing to take loads to and from their facility, you'd think they'd at least be decent to them.
