I would like to express my concerns regarding the recent situation at the Springhill location. Prior to its designation as “temporarily closed,” customers were left standing outside while the doors remained locked. During this time, employees were visible inside, observing customers without providing any explanations. This issue persisted for nearly three weeks before the closure was announced. Went into the store today because it’s the closet store to my house the customer service definitely went down hill the cashier I had was rude and watch me walk to register one wen she was at register two she was on the phone the whole time and didn’t acknowledge me what so ever this the third time this happen to me within a week
I highly recommend you guys to stop shopping here due to rats getting in the food old food on the shelves still old dog food half used products floor is dirty Store being closed for 1 hr due to short staff closing early at 8:45 no receipt papers no store bags the profanity language being used the loud music this here is my proof
Omg, horrible. Everything about this place is a joke. Worse customer service, nothing is stocked, and dirty store!
