Cannot keep the appointment time and no guilt for doing that at all. They will confirm booking but have you wait 30-45 minutes.
make sure the stylist puts towels around clients necks when doing perms. I have chemical burns on my neck
Dollar Cuts is the place to go! Jacqui is the only person who has styled my hair and I LOVE her. She is very professional, but very personable. She perfectly matches the pictures with your hair, or if you are feeling indecisive, helps you create a style and color that you will LOVE! I highly recommend this salon to all.
