We just spent 49 min waiting for a trim...... they said there is only one person in front of us. It was a man getting a shortcut still not done we're headed to great clips now.

Exceptional, efficient service and friendly, helpful staff! I don't know of another salon where members of their staff would go so far as to send a get well quick basket to me when they became aware that I was having shoulder surgery. The stylists are talented and listen to what you want and they deliver! Love Dollar Cuts in Syracuse!

Tilyn was absolutely perfect! She was very friendly and professional and was obviously highly skilled. She really took the time to make sure she was doing exactly what I wanted and answering my questions, while also being super efficient. I was in and out in 20 minutes with an awesome haircut feeling really confident!
Terrible. Just horrible. I got there at 7:30 and they close at 8 and the lady inside looks at me outside and goes back to minding her business. Bad customer service is one thing but not assisting customers is at all is a whole different. Get better employees
