dealer was helpful and knowledgeable about the car, but when it came down to the contract, I was surrounded by three dealers pressuring me into their add-ons. Uncomfortable! I did not buy the car.
I'm from Alaska. The dealer said they would be unable to deliver a vehicle to the barge service in Seattle or Alaska ferry in Bellingham for travel to Alaska because they were shorthanded. I understand that but to buy from them I'd have to take time off, and fly down to car shop. Might be a nice feature to add - that they could do this. Dealer was polite and respectful.
These people were extremely pleasant without pressure. That is a huge plus in the car buying experience! Cars were practically like new, with only minor blemishes. Prices were very good. They allowed me to take a car to my mechanic to be checked out, which one should always do with a used car. I love my new car! I would go back if I needed another car.
