There is a reason for this one star review. This morning（Sep 3）, the representative in the middle seat (the tall man) was very unprofessional. He slowed down the line by sitting back in his chair and displaying an arrogant attitude toward customers. In contrast, the two female representatives were both friendly and efficient with their customers.

Visited the Dollar location at the O’Hare International Airport. I have never had such a bad experience with a rental car company in my life. I use rental cars at least 250 days out of the year due to work most of the time through national (great by the way at O’Hare international) Used Dollar for a quick turnaround less than 24 hours in the car. I rented in Aug 2025 and did not have any problems. The car was clean and I was charged only what I agreed to. There was also no line when I picked it up and I didn't see a line when I dropped it off. They did try to be sneaky about the insurance and asked me something like "Standard or extended insurance?", where my answer is "Neither, I don't need any insurance", so one star off for that, but still would rent from them again.

Curtis was absolutely awesome!!! Very professional Super fast and to the point. We were done within 5minutes!!!
