I rented a car from Dollar in Orlando and so did my husband. When we finally got to the counter after waiting in line for a very long time we were told by the person at the counter that she could not serve two people, only one - if that's true it's pretty lame - never encountered that before. I got back in line and the person who helped me was much more friendly but unfortunately not honest. He sold me a toll pass for $40 that he said I would need.
