The manager’s customer service skills is poor and very unprofessional. I was very disappointed with how I was treated when I had to bring my car back for service only 3 days after I purchased it. The problem was supposedly fixed after the mechanic kept my car over night. I faced the same problem a week later and took the car to a different shop near my home and had to pay $800 out of pocket to fix the same problem that they told me was fixed.
Quick, easy, and painless! Got what I wanted and Chris was an amazing help and Extremely patient.
This is the worst car company ever. You can get out of your lemon car contract by calling the OCCC in Austin. My contract had two separate totals. They promised repairs, never happened, two tires, never happened Hail damage, had insurance and they won't let me file a claim. I took the car back the day after I bought it and they won't take it. Problems, nothing but problems from the first day.
