The tech started saying the n-word repeatedly (he was not Black) and when I told him to stop he kicked me out. He was totally normal before this and I was considering coming back to him. I wish I was making this up. This was one of the strangest experiences of my life

I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I had an appointment at 4:30 but wasn’t seen until after 5:10, and both my gel manicure and pedicure were rushed and done by 5:30. The gel polish started chipping in just two days, and my hair kept getting caught on the edges. The pedicure didn’t match the description on their website and felt incomplete.
