So much for being a loyal customer ! Dolce vida staff needs to go back Etiquette school !! Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced . Pretty sad when management does not see that customer service is #1 !! Maybe Rose can train the rest of the staff !! She is a very sweet girl !!
