I think the sister Property in North Richland Hills is horrible. Had a hard time filling it up so I guess they are letting whomever move in. Been here well over two years and this place is going straight up ghetto! Smoking all over Property....all common areas as well as hallways, pool, mail area and dope smoking, bottles at pool and half of the people at pool don’t even live here!
BEWARE!!! I live at Dolce Living Hometown which is also BRAND NEW in North Richland Hills. Signing a lease here was absolutely the worst mistake of my life! Beware, the website is extremely deceptive as are the leasing agents!! Our building has been open for a year and we still do not have access to the swimming pool or clubhouse and the list of problems in the units is too long to even list!!! Dolce Living Hometown Stay away! What a nightmare. I moved in 2 months ago under the promise of a beautiful sparkling pool and fantastic clubhouse which will be available 24 hours a day to the residents. Not to mention the wonderful craftsmanship of the apartment homes and with new construction you will be the first to live there. Sign here! The first to live there was the only promise that was true.
