Unsatified Thought the staff was very nice. However, in saying that the first time I came I had my eyelashe extensions done and I can say at first they were lovely but evidently the women doing my lashes used as excessive amount of glue and the two days later my lashes were white and were falling down in my eyes. I answered a survey and was told that they would do a complimentary service for me if I came in. spa galore! Great salon and spa. The staff is very sweet and professional. My husband bought me a gift certificate for christmas for the "spa galore" package, and I enjoyed it so much that I asked for another card for Valentines day! I had high lights done by Stacey, and I must say, this is the best my hair has ever looked! The girls are really very nice and the salon is beautiful. Thank you Dolce!
Amazing Salon for the Waterbury area I am absolutely shocked at the review under me. Dolce is an amazing upscale salon all the staff is very professional and very well trained. i was treated very well from the second i walked into the business. sounds to me the the person has some bad blood between somebody or is very jealous of Anna. the other bad review is noticeably written by the same person. Go somewhere else I was very unsatisfied! I normally never bad mouth a business because they may have been having a bad day but as I had gone there a few times it seems these girls are more into talking about their clients behind their backs then they are about taking care of their clients! Great Salon Such a pleasant relaxing expierience. My hairdresser, Deena, was so professional and what a great outcome. I was so pleased, my new cut and color came out fantastic. Deena, gives the most fantastic shampoo, you won't want to get up from the chair. I would recommend her to anyone. Thanks, Deena, for the new dew.
AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! Let me say that the staff at this salon is WONDERFUL! I booked my Wedding party there and all 13 of my girls were VERY PLEASED. In fact theyare all regular clients there now! Anna is an amazing stylist and she is very passionate about her work. We were there at 6am for my wedding day, and while we were dragging eachother in, the staff was bright eyed and ready to make us beautiful! They put out a breakfast spread and drinks. FANTASTIC! From the moment I walked in I was treated like a VIP w/ a tour and the beverage of my choice. This place is so classy and relaxing but the cherry on top was definitely the service from the staff. They all greeted me w/ a friendly hello and a great big smile! I went from a long do to a short one and it worked out GREAT! Chris was my hairdresser! I love this place and can't wait to go ack for my day of beauty!
never again The girls there are rude and disrespectful. There all about gossip. I heard them talk about a client then she walked in and they acted so fake to her. They don't care about no one....only themselves. Ill never go back there.
