I went to Serena at Dolce Cabello with very specific, clearly communicated goals for my hair. I provided both photos, and written notes outlining exactly what I wanted: soft, cool-toned gray blending with fine highlights close to grow out line, lighter overall color, and absolutely no red or brassy tones.
