Went here for a lash lift and tint and they made my lashes crooked and crispy. Called them to ask if they could fix them and I was told that they couldn’t correct them. Was very expensive for a disappointing service, unfortunately don’t recommend

Two weeks later and still haven’t been refunded my $65! Terrible business ethic. I scheduled an appointment for a fill. Remind you, I am new to lashes and this was only my second time. I guess because I put mascara on my lashes they informed me that I would have to get a full set and they did not have time. That’s not the problem. I understand the situation, but what I don’t understand is why they still insisted that they had to charge me a $35 cancellation fee for an appointment I didn’t cancel.
