This place cares more about taking your money than it does about providing its customers with a good service and experience. I think their manager is at least partly to blame. I was member here for one year. They would always send me a follow-up survey asking about my experience. I filled it out once and the manager, Yoli, had the nerve to call me up and leave a voicemail telling me I was wrong. Who does that?! I have never been so excited to see my lashes after Natalie did mine. I'm seriously impressed. They are full, thick and have stayed on. Natalie nailed exactly what I wanted in only two appointments. I LOVE MY LASHES! I've also gone to Paloma and she's great too! (I hope I spelt that right!)

I got my first set of lashes at Dolce Blu last week after bidding on a gift certificate that was donated to a fundraiser. I paid for an upgrade to mink lashes after being told by the studio that they would last longer. More than half fell off within a week so I went to another lash studio to have them fixed. After fixing the terrible job that was done they informed me that my original set of lashes was not the mink I paid for but actually the normal synthetic lashes.
