Great customer service and a great place to go! – This is my favorite place to go, from getting a hair cut to having a relexing day at the spa. From the moment you walk in you are treated like royalt! I live 3 hours away and I'll take the trip just to go here! For my sister's wedding we come here before the wedding and they were on time and treated us all great and even when my sister didn't like exactly how her hair turn out at first they went back and fix it until she was happy. AVOID THIS SALON!!!!!!!!! – I called to make an appointment and you won't believe what the receptionist asked for.... a credit card. When I asked why- she said that they ask for it in case you cancel without a 24 hour notice. They will charge your credit card 100%!!! Can you believe this!!! I've been to some high scale salons from Beverly Hills to Scottsdale and never have I been asked for my credit card for their database. One of the best facials I've had – I just got a facial today and loved it. Jamie K took care of me and afterward I was so relaxed it took me a while to get back to the front desk. I don't think the place is overpriced at all. I work in the spa industry and think they have great products, and once you get into the spa area, it is very quiet and relaxing. I didn't experience any sales pressure, and would definitely go back for another treatment.
Miracle Workers – After reading the revies for Dolce, I was kind of worried about going there, but now this is the only salon/spa I will go to from now on. I don't know why people are giving Dolce bad reviews. I had an awesome experience there! Marcella is a godsend for anyone that currenty suffers or has suffered from acne. Bad Value – This place has the worst stylists. They do not listen to haow you want to have your hair cut. They end up doing what ever they want. I wanted blond highlights and came out with orange highlights. I wanted a trim and ended up with short lop-sided hair. The worst part of it is I saw 3 different stylists and none of them could correct my hair to have simple highlights.
DECOR IS GREAT, BUT THAT IS IT!! – This place started with a lot of potential and has sinced flopped!! I have tried everything with them from facials to hair cuts hoping to find something great. A very expensive cut & color that had disappointing results. I made an appointment for a European Facial and there was miscommunication and the girl waxed my face!! AWESOME!!!!! – Ignore the idiots slandering this place, it's AWESOME!! Sure the lines may be long and the product-pushing mildly obnoxious(it's a sales-oriented business!), but there's no other place that can compare! The staff continually excceeds all expectations, and continues to be at the forefront of their game! They take care of your every need from the minute you enter until you leave. Very Disappointed – This salon is very much like an assembly line. They charge top prices and they are doing several other peoples' hair at the same time, then they have the assistants finish the style so they can get practice! At these prices I really don't feel comfortable with someone practicing on my hair. They have very high pressure to buy products and high priced unnecessary treatments and if you say no thank-you their attitudes change toward you. Not worth it – I am not sure why this place is popular. It is way overpriced for the services. The staff has the worse attitudes if you don't buy the overpriced add ons. I got a disgusted sigh and the smile was gone when I politely said no thank you. I also had to wait over 15 minutes in a line to pay when it was time to leave. The color and cut were not great. I don't mind paying for a good cut and color but the quality isn't there. Look beyond the atmosphere and the services just aren't good.
