Told my grandmother that the pool would be finished in one summer, took a year and a half. The yard is torn up and they refused to fix it. The contract was a hoax and my grandmother, struggling with her own generosity doesn't have time to fight it. She was then threatened over online reviews and told to take them down. Don't support crooks or grown men who take advantage of the elderly.
My wife and I have had this pool since 2000 and this is the first time since that our grandkids haven’t been able to swim. We told them a summer of maintenance would be all they had to wait for and now we let them down. We are now down a pool, memories with our family, and a gross amount of money for a half done job. They took every chance to thank me for my service but refused to finish their own.
Good customer service
TERRIBLE workmanship. RUINED my grandmothers pool, it’s still falling apart and now we have to hire an actual good pool company to come and fix the issues DOLBY POOL COMPANY caused. Tore up the yard, the liner doesn’t fit, it came off less than a day after it was put on. He wants us to pay more money to fix an issue he caused. He then blamed us. Other pool companies have said it is his fault and it should’ve never happened. Save your money for people who are worth it.
