Dolbier has cleaned our carpets and area rugs. They completely removed a dark red lipstick stain from white Berger carpet. They completely removed cat urine stains and odor from a large needlepoint rug. They do a great job. Very professional
I am filing this complaint against Dolbier Disaster Restoration (DDR ) for reasons that are listed below. These events occurred while they were repairing our roof. A large tree limb fell onto our roof. It created holes in the shingles, sheeting and decking. The damages were covered by our home owner's insurance policy. The insurance adjuster allowed for replacing the shingles and sheeting on the entire roof and to repair the damaged decking. A misunderstanding between a roofing subcontractor did occurred while under the supervision of Dolbier Disaster Restoration (DDR). Roughly 2/3 of the roof slope was removed during the first installation repair. It was deemed unnecessary by the subcontractor and DDR to disturb an unaffected roof section involved in the claim.
