We recently purchased Marvin sliding doors and a Marvin window, along with a Simpson front door from Dolan's in Walnut Creek and had a very positive experience with Dolan's generally and especially with our customer service rep, Neil Bowlus, who patiently guided us through our (lengthy) decision-making and the purchase/delivery process, and who was always extremely responsive to our various questions and requests. We are grateful to Dolan's and Neil for the helpfulness and quality of their customer service.

We bought 12 doors and some windows from Dolans 8 years ago and were generally ok with the service, even though there were multiple problems with the order. They were fairly knowledgeable and had good products. I went in a few weeks ago to get more of the same doors and look at some others and got terrible service from Jennifer.
