Dolan Divorce Lawyers, PLLC appointed Joseph DiSilvestro to represent my children for my child custody case. Mr. DiSilvestro was very kind and helpful while working with our children. He was extremely professional and very understanding of the needs of our children. The other firm attorneys may be good, but Jim Motes was wildly unprepared for court, and down right lazy when it came to my case. He expected to walk over my ex and got trampled in court, by a free lawyer who took the case a day before. There was no communication of what I should be doing or giving for my case to strengthen it, just showing up and getting railed. I would not recommend Jim to anyone for anything.
