Pete is an excellent, very professional and knowledgeable realtor, he is also a very nice, polite and reliable individual. He was very committed in selling our condo. At the time we got an offer we had only two weeks for the closing because we were going on a trip and he accommodated the closing before our trip. He also lower his commission at the selling to get to the price we wanted.
